The current system for recognition and rewards has been revised to recognise and value researchers from a broader perspective of their work. What does this new recognition and rewards system entail? And what do these developments mean for PhD candidates and their (future) career? In this "Conversation with the Dean" session with prof. dr. Victor Bekkers, we invite PhD candidates to ask their questions and express their perspectives on the new recognition and rewards system.
