Lars Tummers of the ?Department of Public Administration? was recently awarded a Veni grant by the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO). Tummers will receive the 250.000 euro grant for project entitled 'He threatened to kill me! Public service workers coping with citizen aggression'.
