In this two-day summer school early career researchers and senior researchers from the field of arts, culture and media studies will be working together on questions of language, positionality, conceptualisation and operationalisation of diversity. The aim is to promote a more sensible, empathetic and honest research practice.

During our award ceremony on 16 February Erasmus School deans and Graduate School dean Liesbet van Zoonen will announce the winning poster, conference paper, article, thesis, EGSH teacher, PhD supervisor, societal impact and PhD colleague.
Data Carpentry develops and teaches workshops on the fundamental data skills needed to conduct research. Its target audience is researchers who have little to no prior computational experience, and its lessons are domain specific, building on learners' existing knowledge to enable them to quickly apply skills learned to their own research.
