In this workshop, we will introduce the main author identifiers and researcher profiles to you, like ORCID, Publons, Google Scholar, ResearchGate. These identifiers and profiles help you to be visible as a researcher and to make sure your works and activities are correctly attributed to you. But there are many available: which ones are worth the effort of maintaining, which ones can make your life as a researcher easier?
Learning and doing research online can be of great value to PhD candidates when possibilities to travel and attend events offline are limited. As of 1 January 2021 ethical research review will become mandator at ESSB.
